Step 2: Questionnaires and a bit of paperwork: Prior to our initial consultation, you will be provided with questionnaires and paperwork to complete. These will help us gain a comprehensive understanding of your health history and specific concerns.
Step 3: Initial Interview: During our initial interview, we will dive into your current concerns, health history, and goals. Together, we will chart a path forward, addressing your immediate needs and determining if testing is necessary.
Step 4: Results Review: In this session I will share my findings from your food and mood journal and any additional testing you may have done. I will share the plan I recommend and we will discuss attainable goals for you to start working on. You will start implementing the adjustments we discuss, making note of any additional concerns or barriers that arise along the way. Together, we'll navigate this phase, ensuring you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.
Step 5: Biweekly Follow-up Sessions: These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss your progress, address any barriers you may encounter, and determine the next steps on your path to optimal health. Our discussions will be focused on refining your plan, making necessary adjustments, and celebrating your achievements along the way.

The short answer is yes, I support you in whatever is right for you. In the interest of full transparency I focus on a whole-food nutrient-dense diet including a wide variety of protein to ensure you are reaching all of your macro and micronutrient needs. I will work with you to find alternative proteins and I will always encourage non-processed foods.
